Making Friends & Perfecting Technique

I think we all know that Carson probably has the best technique at MadLab. Every time you see him do a movement is done with grace and is pretty close to perfection. Carson always pushes himself to the limit and has a genuine interest in peoples lives and is super friendly. My favourite Carson moment was after a workout with sled pushes and he had half of his body in the freezer! It was priceless

Words from Coach our Coaches - Carson may have the nicest looking snatch in the gym. He is also the may be the most gullible too. Carson is always takes coaching seriously and always strives to be perfect while doing so. Carson has moved really well from day one. And is a friendly and coachable cleint who is always willing to listen, learn and constantly improve.

How about that Perm?!

Carsons Story

I started MadLab in the Fall of 2014. I was researching a functional fitness program and stumbled upon the website while searching on Google. One thing that was really important to me was the quality of coaching, and reading the profiles of the coaches convinced me to try things out in person.

When I first started, I had no idea that I would be where I am today in terms of personal progress. I attribute my improvement to the excellent programming and coaching found at MadLab. If you are keen to improve something, the coaches are always there to steer you in the right direction.
Just when I think I've "mastered" something, the coaches still give me tips on how to be better.

The community is another aspect of MadLab that surprised me when I first joined. I always had the impression that "going to the gym" was an isolating experience. I pictured overly jacked dudes cranking out bicep curls in the corner while admiring their pump in the mirror. MadLab is the complete opposite of that. People still take training seriously but the vibe is inclusive, social and fun. I've made some awesome friends here!

I stay because of the great coaching, community and personal results that I've achieved - and hopefully continue to achieve!
