Training Plan for April 10th 2018

A) OTM 12 min

1 - 5/5 lateral box jumps - singles
2 - 10/8 cal row C2 - 6/10 effort
3 - 3-10 strict pull ups/15-30s chin over bar hold
4 - 3 air squats @9191

B) every 8 min for 3 rounds

- 3 min C2 @110% of avg wattage
- 30 wall balls @4-8% of 3RM

C) 1 round

- 2 min couch stretch per side
- 2 min shoulder extension stretch 

Notes:

- perform all box jumps to the R followed by L
- row in part A) is warm up for part B)
- air squat tempo must be adhered to
- wall balls should be done no more than 3 sets
