A) for 35 min cycle through

100m farmer carry - bodywt
12 alt single DB front rack step ups - approx 25% bdywt
50/50m overhead DB carry - approx 25% bdywt
200m run +100m walk - opera loop

C) - 10/10/10/10 ankle CARS

Notes:

- move at one steady pace entire 35 min
- both feet touch ground during step ups
- run the 200m hard and walk at normal pace back to door
