- strict push up variation

- i) DB hang snatch @15-25% bdywt ii) single arm russian kb swing @20-30% bdywt

- i) 50 double unders ii) 50 single skips iii) 7/4 cal bike

C) Accessory

- 2 min dowel sit
- 1 min single leg stand per side (other leg is bent and in max hip flexion)

Notes:

- adhere to tempo in floor press
- do not attempt more reps than prescribed
- choose push up variation where set of 24 is broken into no more than 3 sets
- switch half way through reps in DB hang snatch
- suggested RPE of 7/10
