Training Plan for Tuesday August 13th 2019

A) max reps, 3 rounds of 1:40 min on 20s off

- cal bike @100-120%
- cal row @100-120%
- med ball chest pass @approx 5% bdywt
- walking lunges
- foot anchored sit ups
- standing farmer hold @30-40% bdywt per hand

B) 3 rounds of

- max reps laying banded pull aparts (goal is 12+ reps)
- 5/5 side over arch with reach
- 10/10 clam shells

Notes:

- aim for upper end up of percent prescription during bike and row
- aim to have fewer than three breaks during chest pass
- aim to hold the farmer hold for entire 1:40s
- RPE of 8/10
