- 8/8 reps of banded pull in plank
- 3 wristies
- 30-60s deadhang with band between knees
- 3-10 strict push up variation @2222

Notes:

- choose a partner of similar fitness
- maintain posture and focus on reach and pull during banded pull in plank
- be sure no one could steal the band between your legs when hanging
- use push up variation than is one level harder than you have already complete 5 sets of 10 at
- RPE of 7/10
