- 60s front rack double DB hold - approx 50% bdywt
- 60s double under practice or 60s moderate pace on bike

B) Every 2 min for 12 min

- 30s row C2 @approx 800-100/550-750 cal per hour

C) 1 round

- 2 min dowel sit
- 10 slow dislocates

Notes:

- attempt to stay square in sled pull
- reset each box jump
- practice doulbe unders over singles
- hold same speed for each interval on rower
