A) bench press

- 2 sets of 5 - 3 reps in reserve
- 2 sets of 3 - 2 reps in reserve

B) every 5 min for 4 rounds

- 10 push ups
- i) 20 alt DB snatch ii) 20 russian KB swings
- i) 300m run ii) 600m bike

C) 1 round

- 2 min dowel sit
- 10 slow dislocates
