- 300/250m row @90%

- 20 med ball push press @4-8% of 3RM f.squat

- 10 burpees

B) 3 rounds

8/8 kneeling palof press + twist
20 barbell bicep curls

C) Accessory

2 min couch stretch per leg
8/8/8/8 banded elbow circles

Notes:

- choose partner of similar fitness level and height
- aim to complete all 20 med ball push press unbroken
- RPE of 7/10
