Tuesday Hairball at CrossFit Vancouver

Hope everyone had fun on Monday. I have not seen that many people at the gym all spun in a while. Mission accomplished. Tuesday's Workout: Sasquatch image 21, 18, 15, 12, 9, 6, 3 (75/50 lbs) Sumo Deadlift High Pull Push Press SDHP must come up to the neck. Push Press must be a Push Press.
