- 8-12 strict pull up/AHAP ring row
- 15m sled push - climbing as needed
- 30m farmer carry - AHAP

B) 12 min to complete

5 rounds

- 12 step down box jumps
- 12 strict toes to bar/v-ups/tuck ups
- 1 rope climb/5 strict pull ups/2 sets of 7 ring rows AHAP

C) 2 rounds

- 30/30s bent arm DB/KB hold
- 15/15 standing windmills
