Training Plan for Tuesday July 24th 2018

A) 3s clean deadlift to above knee + hang power clean

- 4-6 sets of 3+2 - climbing

B) 14 min to complete max reps of

- i) 50 double unders ii) 50 single skips
- 20 reverse front rack lunges - one DB @25% bdywt
- 10 consecutive push ups

C) 2 rounds

- 2 min dowel sit
- 2 min couch stretch per side

Notes:

- may stand up after pause in last clean deadlift
- hold DB in any fashion in part C)
