- front plank until 50s mark

B) i) squat to box

- 5 sets of 5 - @2222 - 70% of 3RM B. squat

or ii) back squat 3RM

C) upon completion of B) take the balance of the class to cycle through

- 30s straight leg static deadbug
- 30/30s 90-90 sit
- 30 prone banded hamstring curls
- 12/12 single leg glute bridge @1113
- 15/15m banded x-walks

C) 1 round

- 60/60s single leg stand
- 20 alt straight leg dead bug

- active squat is part A)
- move slow and with purpose through part C)
