Training Plan for Tuesday June 18th 2019

A) every 2 min for 6 rounds complete one of the following

- 1.1.1 power clean with 2s pause in catch - climbing to 8/10

- 1.1.1.1 clean pulls - climbing to over front squat weight

- 5 deadlifts - 75% of 3RM

B) 18 min to complete 2 rounds

"John Wick"

- 40 wall balls @4-8% of 3RM f.squat
- 30 alt med ball reverse lunges
- 20 strict push up variation
- 10 strict midline variation

C) Accessory

- 2 min couch stretch per side
- 3 wristies
- 10/10 kneeling kickbacks

Notes:

- if you can clean 3/4 bodyweight or more consider practicing cleans with a pause
- if clean is under 3/4 body weight and deadlift is over bodyweight consider practicing clean pulls
- if deadlift is less than bodyweight consider practicing deadlifts
- good score is less than 18 min, great score is less than 15 min, elite score is less than 12 min for part B)
- RPE of 8/10
