Training Plan for Tuesday June 19th 2018

A) 3 rounds

- 15/15m banded x-walks
- i) 4 weighted box jumps ii) 4 tall box jumps
- 3 20s squats

B) back squat @22X2

- 1 set of 3 - 40% of 3RM b.squat
- 1 set of 3 - 45%
- 3 sets of 3 - 50%

C) every 3 min for 4 rounds

- 20 wall balls - 4-6% of 3RM f.squat
- i) 200m med ball run ii) 100m med ball walk

D) 2 rounds

- 2 min dowel sit
- 2 min couch stretch per side

Notes:

- bias towards weight over height in box jump in part A)
- adhere to squatting tempo and weight percentages in part B)
- ideally wall balls are completed in one set in part C)
