30 reps wall ball chest pass
30s handstand hold/pike hold/overhead barbell hold
10 bent over barbell rows - 60-70% bdywt

Conditioning:

1 mile or 800m run

at 10:00 min mark begin to cycle through

3 complexes of

10 hollow rocks
+ 10 tuck ups
+ 30s hollow hold

Accessory:

2 rounds

30/30s overhead DB hold - approx 25% bdywt
30s active squat
