A1) every 3:00 min for 18 min (6 rounds) choose one of the following

1) bench press 2) DB bench press

0:00: max reps in 60s
3:00: max reps in 60s
6:00: max reps in 45s
9:00: max reps in 45s
12:00: max reps in 30s
15:00: max reps in 30s

- climb in weight as working time decreases

A2) strict midline variation

- 6 sets of 3-10

B) 13 min to complete max reps

"Maine Mayhem"

- 10-10-10, 20-20-20, 30-30-30... of

- double unders or single skips

- box jump overs with step down

- strict push up variation

C) Accessory

- 2 min dowel sit
- 20 standing banded no money drill
- 10 zotterman curls

Notes:

- choose bench press variation based on ability to move for entire time during sets
- wrap banded around both hips during bent knee plank
- choose push up variation that is one level harder than you can complete 5 sets of 10 at
- suggested RPE of 7/10
