- 2 sets of 3 - 70%

B) "Grace"

30 power clean + overhead - 50% of 3RM front squat capped at 135/95 

C) 1 round

- 60/60s single leg stand
- 60s straight jacket sit

Notes:

- squat clean is preferred
- singles are fastest in part B)
- goal is to be complete in under 7 min
- track part B) as benchmark workout
