Training Plan for Tuesday March 6th 2018

A) take approx 15 min to complete

5 rounds

- a single set of 8-12 strict hspu/pike push up/push up
- a single set of 8-12 strict pull up/AHAP ring row

B) every 2 min for 10 rounds

- 5-10 burpee box jump overs
- 15-25 air squats

C) 2 rounds

- 8/8 single leg elevated glute bridge @3131
- 15 seated banded rows @3131

Notes:

- all sets in part A) are unbroken sets
- 8 reps minimum on first set of 5
- reps are allowed to decrease during sets
- in part B) there should be approx 30s of rest each round
