Training Plan for Tuesday October 16th 2018

A) with a partner complete 4 rounds

- 10 1/2 kneeling med ball pass left - each
- 10 1/2 kneeling med ball pass right - each
- 10 overhead med ball pass - each
- 10 lateral med ball pass left - each
- 10 lateral med ball pass right - each
- 10 med ball sit ups - each

- ball should be approx 5-10% bdywt

B) every 90s for 15 min - choose one of the following rep schemes

- 1-3-5
- 2-4-6
- 3-5-7

- i) rope climb ii) strict pull up iii) rope lower
- i) strict hspu ii) pike variation iii) push up
- weighted sit up - approx 15-25% bdywt

 C) 2 minutes per

- narrow stance lat breathing
- glute bridge reps

Notes:

- try to be fluid as possible in part A)
- keep same rep scheme for entirety of part C)
