B) 20 min to complete 5 rounds

- 8 power cleans 50-60% of A)
- 4 hang power cleans
- 300m opera run/250m row C2

C) 2 minutes per

narrow stance lat breathing
glute bridge

Notes:

- short pause in each clean position
- attempt to perform hang cleans unbroken in part B)
