B) 14 min to complete

- 20 strict midline variation
- 15/15 single arm russian kb swings @ 30-40% bdywt or DB hang snatch @15-25% bdywt
- 60 skips or double unders

C) Accessory 

2 rounds

- 10/10 banded clam shells
- 5/5 side over arch with reach

- complete 8RM goblet squat if not complete
- choose push up variation that is one harder than you can complete 5 sets of 10 at
- be sure to drive back into floor during deadbug
- choose midline variation that requires 3-4 sets to complete
- RPE of 6-7/10
