One thing that is a must in order to hit the hills is being strong enough to grab onto that tow line in order to get to the top of the hill. Keeping that in mind here we have... Towing the line 10 rounds for time of... 10 pistols (5 per leg) 10 knees to elbows 10 one arm db hang squat cleans (5 per side) - guys 30lbs, gals 20lbs 10 one arm db hang snatches (5 per side) - guys 30lbs, gals 20lbs This is the official workout.
