Friday - Sept 29th Workout Grace meets the weighted Pull-up for one bitching workout session. Popeye, can anyone go sub ten? 21, 15, 9 Clean and Jerk (135/85) Weighted Pull-up (25/10) * all will use dumbells secured between the legs ** scale as needed (kips are allowed) *** Power Cleans, Clean and Thrusters are all allowed. Coaches - please ensure bar is locked out overhead ie. arms should cover the ear in profile. - and the pull-ups are done to full extension. Try not to reach with the chin.
