Machine Madness kicks off with a team event at Crossfit Vancouver. Depending on class numbers, teams can either be comprised of 2 or 3 people. If you can do a full weight fran in under 10 minutes, the weights will be 50lbs for girls and 75lbs for guys, if your fran is scalled or over 10 minutes then the weights are 30lbs for girls, 50lbs for guys. Rounds will be as follows: Team of 2: 1500m row, 80 thrusters, 50 pullups, 1000m row, 40 thrusters, 30 pullups, 500m row 20 thrusters, 10 pullups. Team of 3: 2250m row, 120 thrusters, 75 pullups, 1500m row 60 thrusters 45 pullups, 750m row 30 thrusters 15 pullups. Teams can divide up the work however they want, only one member can be working at a time. Have fun!
