Training Plan for Wednesday April 17th 2019

A1) 15 min to complete

- DB floor press @3333

- 2 sets of 3 reps
- 2 sets of 2 reps
- 2 sets of 1 rep

A2) scap pull ups

- 6 sets of 5

B) 20 min to complete max reps

"Georgia Gatorade"

- 25 double unders or skipping
- 2-4-6-8-10... burpees
- 2 rope climbs or 3-10 reps of strict pulling variation

C) Accessory

- 2 min dowel sit
- 1 min single leg stand per side (other leg is bent and in max hip flexion)

Notes:

- adhere to tempo during DB floor press
- use scap pull ups as a warm up for part B)
- one skip is one rep in part B)
- choose same pull up variation for entire workout in part B)
- suggested RPE of 7-8/10
