A) clean

- 4 sets of 1.1 - 65%
- 3 sets of 1.1 - 75%
- 2 sets of 1 - 85%

B) every 5 min for 6 rounds

- 200m row C2 @145% of avg wattage
- 1.1.1 cleans @75% of 1RM

C) 1 round

- 2 min couch stretch per side
- 2 min shoulder extension stretch 

Notes:

- squat clean is preferred
- avoid going over pace in first round
- all cleans are singles
