1) deadlifts 2) tall cleans 3) hang muscle cleans

- 5 sets of 5 - climbing to 8/10

A2) single arm DB high pull

- 5 sets of 5/5 climbing @2121

A3) banded palof rotations

- 5 sets of 8/8

A4) strict pull up variation

- 5 sets of 3-10

B) 16 min with a partner trading every movement complete max rounds in 14 min of

- 15/12 cal row C2
- 12 alt DB front rack step ups @15-25% bdywt (one DB)
- 9 burpees 

C) Accessory

- 1-2 min couch stretch per side
- 1 min wrist extensions stretch 

Notes:

- choose hinging variation based on strength needs
- adhere to tempo in single arm high pull
- aim to avoid moving hip in palof rotations
- suggested RPE or 8/10
