- 5 sets of 6/6 @2212 - climbing to 7/10

A2) banded face pulls

- 5 sets of 15

A3) static midline hold

- 5 sets of 30-60s

B) 16 min with a partner trading rounds

- 5 burpee box step ups
- 50 single skips or double unders

C) Accessory

- 2 min dowel sit
- 5/5 per arm - bent arm elbow rotations with dowel

Notes:

- choose same midline variation for all five sets
- choose partner of similar experience and ability
- RPE of 6-7/10
