A) power clean

- sets of 1.1.1 - treat this as warm up

B) every 2 min for 10 rounds

3 power cleans + 3 front squats - climbing each set

C) 1 round

- 12/12 wall or floor shoulder flexion reps
- 8/8 single arm prone snow angels

Notes:

- touch and go is permitted if capable
- no squat clean into front squats
