A2) single arm farmer carry

- 5 sets of 50/50m @30-40% bdywt

B) max rounds in 14 min in teams of 4-6

- 15m sled pull
- 15m sled push

C) Accessory

- 2 min dowel sit
- 5/5 per arm - bent arm elbow rotations with dowel

Notes:

- rest 30-60s between deadlift and farmer carry to rest grip
- choose team of similar size and ability to allow for easy sled transitions
- RPE of 9/10
