- 10 jumping squats
- 50 single skips

B) every 5 min for 4 rounds

- 30m sled push - approx 125% bdywt
- 15 wall balls - approx 4-8% of 3RM front squat

C) 1 round

- 50 banded face pulls
- 50 kneeling banded crunches
