Training Plan for Wednesday March 18th 2018

A) deadlift

- 5 sets of 3 @3311 - climbing
- set 5 should be approx 45-50% of 1RM

B) 17 min to complete quality reps of

- 25 burpees
- 20 alternating front rack single arm DB reverse lunges - 20% of bdywt
- 15 weighted DB sit ups/sit ups

C) 2 rounds

- 8/8 single leg elevated glute bridge @3131
- 15 seated banded rows @3131

Notes:

- tempo is most important in part A)
- switch hands on lunge in part B) as needed
- legs stay in extension during sit ups in part B)
