A) max reps with a team of three, follow the leader - 12:00 min on 2 min off

- 20 wall balls
- i) 200m ball run ii) 20 med ball box step ups
26:00 - 28:00
- rest
28:00 - 40:00
- 12/8 cal row
- 12 burpees

C) Accessory

- 2 min dowel sit
- 1 min single leg stand per side (other leg is bent and in max hip flexion)

Notes:

- choose team of similar size and strength
- coaches be sure to review flow of workout
- hold on to support if needed for single leg stand
