A1) cossack squats

A2) i) 360' jumps ii) 180' jumps iii) 90' jumps

- 3 sets of 3/3

B) i) squat to box

- 5 sets of 2 @2422 - 60% of 3RM b.squat

ii) 3RM back squat

C) upon completion of B) take the balance of the class to cycle through

- 30s straight leg static deadbug
- 6/6 single leg step up - @3131
- 30 prone banded hamstring curls
- 1 round dot drill

D) 1 round

- 60/60s single leg stand
- 20 weighted glute bridge

Notes:

- jumps should be accurate more than larger in distance
- add weight to step up as needed
- dot drill is for accuracy
