Wednesday - Pullover Practice

Did we get anyone under 30 mins on Murph? Nice work to all who tackled the workout. The Wednesday classes will focus on playing with some gymnastic elements. Warmup your shoulders and then spend some time attempting Front and Back Levers. Coaches - work with them on all the different progressions from tuck to straight body levers. Support them as needed. We'll finish the class with a 10 minute gymnastic circuit How many rounds of: 1 Pull-over 3 Static L-Pull-ups 10 Broad Jumps (body Ht) 15 Arch rocks (aka Superman's) *you may substitute - skin the cat for pull-overs - and the pull-up/knees to elbow combo for L-Pull-ups Enjoy !!
