week of popeye “day six” Helen

Well I hope you enjoyed the week of Popeye... I love designing workouts and watching some pretty special people "slug it out" for the top spot on the leader board. After a pretty tough week of training, I would like to finish with a classic "metcon" created by the man himself "Coach Glassman". So day six will be "Helen" 400m run 21 kettlebell swings black/red 12 pullups 3 rounds for time.
