Week of the Ant - Grand Finale

Well, here it is, the moment you've all been waiting for! (Or at least I have) The full workout today is: 10 muscle ups, 100 double unders 9 muscle ups, 90 double unders ... 1 musle up, 10 double unders The scaled workout is the same, but only the even numbers: 10, 8, 6, 4, 2. Substitutions for double unders are 4:1 skips. Subs for the muscle ups are 3:1 pullups and 3:1 ring-dips.
