Watch this video on parkour drills. It's not strictly gymnastics, but more like free-form gymnastics in your everyday environment. The workout is a Popeye-inspired race around the gym. For the workout do 3 laps (around the outside pillars) each of the Lope, Alligator, Gallop and Hybrid. (For a total of 12 laps) Coaches: start the faster athletes first to minimize collisions.
