Hopefully everyone has had a successful challenge and we'll see better results all around.

I know many of you may think your deadlift will go down

but

I'm a firm believer that you'll be stronger, leaner and will be able to position yourself better for all the movements come the finale in 10 days.

 

We'll have a little pot luck style Hang Time for all participants after as well.   So bring some treats and bevies.
